Systemic counseling in german and english
'Problems can never be solved with the same thinking that created them.'
Albert Einstein
Some problems are not meant to be solved, but to be left alone. Awareness can create new possibilities.
Each of us carries an inner voice – a voice that knows what is good for us and where we truly want to go. But in our pursuit of constant improvement and doing everything right, this voice can grow quiet or even fall silent. The tense search for solutions to our challenges can sometimes exhaust us.
My intention is to support you in hearing your inner voice again, learning to trust it, and finding the courage to follow it.
Systemic counseling does not view people in isolation, but in the context of the world, the relationships, experiences, and challenges that shape them. It is about opening up new perspectives and previously unconscious possibilities for action that already lie within you.
Serenity to accept the things we cannot change. Courage to change the things we can. Wisdom to distinguish between the two.
Systemic counseling does not view people through the lens of deficits or diagnoses. Rather, it assumes that we are always trying to create balance in our lives and relationships – even if the cost is sometimes suffering and inner tension.
The systemic approach is not about forcing change from the outside. Instead, it aims to set impulses that bring movement to existing patterns. This can lead to new perspectives and constellations that are more helpful. This approach is not just a method, but a particular way of seeing the world: it’s less about what is “right” or “wrong” and more about developing new possibilities and perspectives.
Systemic counseling focuses on the resources of those seeking advice rather than on supposed deficits and does not follow a rigid plan. Hypotheses and counseling goals are developed together and remain flexible – they can be reviewed and adjusted at any time.

My Approach
For me, counseling is a collaborative process. I don’t see myself as an expert handing out ready-made solutions, but as an empathetic companion who reflects honestly and warmly what I perceive. A successful counseling process is rooted in your willingness to face difficult topics and explore new paths – with an open mind for all the possibilities already within you.
About Me
Born in Switzerland with Bavarian roots, I grew up in both the Rhineland and South Korea – experiences that shaped me with diverse cultures and perspectives. Since my youth, I’ve been fascinated by the richness of the world and how differently people experience their reality. My own family and lifestyle have presented me with significant challenges. Along the way, I’ve learned that a shift in perspective is often the key to new and unexpected solutions.
I’m passionate about supporting people who want to find their own authentic path – one that feels alive, meaningful, and helps them unfold their potential. I’m a very social person and have been working since 2015 with adolescents, adults, and families in the field of orientation and decision-making counseling. I also have extensive experience in career and education counseling.
My Qualifications
I hold a degree in cultural and social sciences and have completed advanced training in systemic counseling. My training is recognized by the German Association for Systemic Therapy, Counseling, and Family Therapy (DGSF) and meets the standards of the German Association for Counseling (DGfB).
'Truths are illusions which we have forgotten are illusions.'
Friedrich Nietzsche
